A Brasserie Built for a Big Night

Carbone began in New York's Greenwich Village and became one of the most sought-after tables in the city — a love letter to the red-sauce Italian-American restaurants of an earlier era, done with real polish. The Doha chapter, from Major Food Group, brings that same energy to Al Maha Island: herringbone floors, deep booths, a stage built for a crooner, and a terrace looking out across the water toward the city skyline.
